The Hope of Resurrection
Based on John 20:1–10, this sermon examines the disciples' reaction to the empty tomb and the reason for their confusion — they did not yet understand the Scripture. Christ's resurrection is not merely a historical event, but the firstfruits and guarantee of our own resurrection, promised from the Old Testament through to the New.
Lawsuits Among Believers
The Apostle Paul rebukes the Corinthians for taking each other to court before unbelievers, destroying the church's witness. He calls them to live by the ethics of God's Kingdom — to be willing to suffer loss for Christ's sake — and reminds them that true salvation transforms lives.
Imitate Me
The Apostle Paul contrasts his hardship-filled life of ministry with the pride of the Corinthian believers, who consider themselves spiritually satiated. He calls them to true humility and to imitate him as he imitates Christ.
The Pillar and Buttress of the Truth
In a world full of counterfeits and deception, the value of truth increases immeasurably. The Apostle Paul calls the church 'a pillar and buttress of the truth' and reveals the great mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh. Christmas is not a myth or a beautiful tradition, but a historical truth confirmed by eyewitnesses — a truth on which the eternal destiny of every person depends.
The Temple of God
The Apostle Paul reminds us that the Church is a holy temple in which the Spirit of God dwells. He warns of the responsibility of those who destroy the unity of the church with their divisions and calls for boasting only in Christ.
Building on the Right Foundation
Paul expands on the theme of responsibility for spiritual construction. He reminds believers that there is only one foundation — Jesus Christ — but the reward each receives on the day of God's judgment depends on the quality of their works and motives.
Fellow Workers with God
Paul rebukes the Corinthian believers for their spiritual immaturity, manifested in divisions and disputes. He reminds them that ministers are merely tools in the hands of God, who alone gives true spiritual growth.
The Wisdom of the Spirit
Paul explains that true understanding of God's plan of salvation is impossible through human intellect. Only the Holy Spirit reveals to believers the depths of God's wisdom, hidden from the world.
Jesus Christ and Him Crucified
The Apostle Paul reminds the Corinthians that he deliberately renounced human eloquence and wisdom so that their faith would be based not on human abilities, but on the power of God and the message of the crucified Christ.
Christ Crucified
Paul explains why the Gospel seems like foolishness to the world but is the power of God for believers. True wisdom is hidden in Christ crucified, not in human eloquence.
Is Christ Divided?
The Apostle Paul begins his letter to the Corinthians with greetings and gratitude to God for His grace, but immediately moves to a serious rebuke of divisions in the church. He reminds that only the crucified Christ, not human leaders, should be the center of faith.
Forgiveness
Based on Luke 17:1–10, this article examines the Christian teaching on forgiveness. Jesus warns about the seriousness of causing others to stumble and calls believers to forgive one another without limit — not because it is easy, but because it is the duty of everyone who has received forgiveness from God.
Receive One Another
Based on the 14th chapter of the Epistle to the Romans, the issue of differences of opinion in the church is examined. The Apostle Paul calls believers not to judge one another in controversial matters, but to seek what serves peace and mutual edification.
Faithfulness in Prayer
Using an example from the Gospel of Mark, we examine how Jesus, despite an incredibly busy day of ministry, rose early in the morning to pray. What does the Bible say about prayer, its conditions, and faithfulness in it—especially when the answer seems delayed?
